What is your cancellation / reschedule Policy and why do I have to keep a credit card on file? We require a strict 48-hour notice for reschedules/ cancellations. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled without a 48 hour notice will result in a 50% charge of the reserved services, and any no call/no shows as well as same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the reserved services. No Covid exceptions/ emergencies apply. Arriving 15 minutes past the appointment start time will likewise result in a charge to the card on file for the reserved time. We require a card on file to secure all of our appointments, you will not be charged unless the cancellation policy is violated or you are over 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment.

What should I do if I am running late? If you are running late, we kindly ask you to text the salon to let us know! Arriving 15 minutes past your appointment start time will result in the card on file being charged for the reservation of time, and may require us to alter the appointment. Above all else, your appointment is a reservation of time booked - so if the appointment is compromised due to lateness, you are still responsible for services initially booked.

What if I don't know what to book? You can text the salon for a consultation and we will get you set up for the correct appointment.
